Ahoy Maties!!! This past Monday I went to Pirate Island in Provo to celebrate Abbey's belated birthday with the family. I had such a fun time! It was totally like the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland! The whole place was decorated in a pirate theme, all the employees were dressed up, there was fun music playing, and to top it all off it was Bingo night! :) I felt like a kid again.
The birthday girl and me. Can you tell I am excited? The pirate ship behind us has cannons, and every 20 minutes or so they would go off! It was awesome!

What a great time! If you every need to get away and wish you could go to Disneyland, Pirate Island is the next best thing.
P.S. there is a pirate play ship with slides for the little ones :)

Let's go!! Call Jayme and see when the kids can go. I really want to do that. Maybe we can take Jeff's family when they come to visit.
